Massage Therapist

Sarah Jane Baietti - LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist

Sarah Jane is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years experience, and has national certification in Swedish, prenatal, geriatric, and hot stone massage. She enjoys working with a very eclectic clientele including expectant moms, athletes, students, the elderly, and even babies. Sarah Jane wholly believes that whether you are rehabilitating from an injury or accident, if you are nine months pregnant and need to pamper yourself, or if you over did it at the gym, therapeutic massage can help. It has proven to decrease chronic pain, strengthen the immune system, increase blood circulation, relax tense muscles, and create an overall sense of well-being. You'll notice a sense of calm and peace even after just one session with her. Sarah Jane attended the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and began her massage practice in Fort Collins in 1995.

Acupuncture Therapist

Elizabeth Rhode - L.Ac.
Licensed Acupuncture Therapist

With over 25 years of experience in Oriental Medicine, Elizabeth is skilled in both Japanese and Chinese styles of acupuncture. She has a degree in Oriental Medicine, is Licensed in Colorado and NCCAOM Board Certified.

Acupuncture techniques and style do vary. Patients often ask “what is the difference in style?” The easiest way to explain the style differences is first knowing ‘what is the same’ and that is the meridian theory. Developed several thousand years ago, the meridian theory is much the same today with both schools of training using the same meridians. The biggest variation is the use of small gauge needles in Japanese acupuncture so that the sensation is milder. Japanese style works well for children, seniors and patients who are initially sensitive to needles. After a few sessions, most patients are not concerned with the type of needles because they’ve had the experience of acupuncture and realize that it is very relaxing and some even say it feels good.

What can acupuncture help with? The World Health Organization recognizes traditional Oriental medicines ability to treat over 43 common disorders including:

• Gastrointestinal (food allergies, peptic ulcer, diarrhea, gastritis and constipation)
• Urogenital Disorders (stress, incontinence)

Laser Therapy

Carl Malone, BBA, LMT, CNMT

Carl started in the health field by owning health clubs and managing Nautilus Fitness Centers. In college he taught personal defense and studied Physical Education and Business Administration. His business background and experience led him to telecommunications where he managed the global voice network for Concert/British Telecom (BT) as a Network Engineer. After 10 years with BT, he decided to leave 'high tech' for 'high tech healing.' Carl studied NeuroMuscular Therapy while being trained in advanced Laser Therapy. He developed Laser NeuroMuscular Therapy™ using a neurological examination that has been employed by doctors and trainers with top professional athletes. In 2011, he expanded his practice to begin using the LZR7, Laser Allergy Relief System. This system uses biofeedback to assess the body’s reaction to allergens and then applies specific treatments using a programmable laser. This advanced system has proven very effective in balancing the body and providing relief for many allergic reactions. "I feel very blessed to be able to offer laser therapy. In 11 years of working with lasers, I have seen many remarkable cases where people’s lives were truly changed for the better."
